Cozy cottage-style residence located in the heart of the magnificent Bromont Vineyard in Brigham in the Eastern Townships.

Large open area on the ground floor, will allow you to relax inside as well as outside with the large 3-season veranda overlooking the courtyard and the inground pool. Beautiful friendly kitchen open to the dining room and the living room where you will find a nice wood fireplace to enhance your evenings.

4 bedrooms, including 1 double bedroom and a suite, are fitted out there with access to 2 bathrooms and a shower room. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 3 are upstairs.

In addition, the residence is located directly on the famous Brome Missisquoi Wine Route.

You can enjoy several activities nearby, such as a relaxing day at the fabulous Spa Balnéa 5 minutes away and about 10 minutes from the Bromont mountain by car. The region is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, cycling, golf.

Only 50 minutes from the Champlain Bridge, less than 10 minutes from the village of Bromont, 45 minutes from Sherbrooke.
