Welcome to my home! Cottage-house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large family room with gas fireplace where an extra mattress is installed. The basement, with high ceilings (9 feet) is very pleasant and has a secondary entrance. Located on Mont-Berthier, the house is very windowed, very bright and offers a magnificent view of the ski mountain. In the back is a forest. Several hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails are nearby. The ski resort is less than 3 minutes away by car.

Your stay during the school holidays is for a minimum of 6 days, between February 23 and March 5. If you stay for a longer period (by March 12 at the latest), the rate for the additional days will be reduced by 40%

At all times: minimum stay 6 nights.

IMPORTANT NOTE: during your stay you will need to take care of my cat and a small aquarium. If you have a dog, don't worry. The cat, although he tolerates it, will take refuge since I myself have a dog, which will be placed outside during my absence.

The bedrooms and bathroom will be free of any personal items. The beds will be made, clean bedding is included. As for the pantry, certain foods will be available (dry foods such as sugar, flours, spices as well as oils and vinegars).

I rent my house because I know that you will appreciate this perfect place for relaxation, close to all activities and this, during my stay abroad.
