-IMPORTANT:

-All guests must fill out a pre-registration form via the "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent with the booking confirmation.

-Verification steps require the guest to provide contact information, a valid ID, and authorization for an $800 security deposit hold.

Please note that the $800 security deposit will be held and not charged to the credit card, and it will be released 7 days after departure if no damage has occurred to the property.

Respecting the house rules described here is a crucial condition of the vacation rental agreement. Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, including deductions from the security deposit.

-A strict count of occupants is enforced, and the peace of the premises must be maintained at all times.

-A penalty of $125+tax per night for each additional person will be charged.

SPA AND HOT TUB

-The SPA and SAUNA are accessible year-round. The use of glassware in or near the spa and sauna area is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. Violating this rule may lead to a fine deducted from the security deposit.

SMOKING

-Smoking is prohibited, including vaping, inside the chalet. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking indoors.

-Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided ashtray. Failure to comply with this directive will result in deductions from the security deposit.

PETS

-Pets allowed (2 max) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. All our chalets are guaranteed to be hypoallergenic.

-Pets must refrain from being on the furniture.

NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

-Please note that it’s important to keep the noise down and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbances.

VISITORS

-Any additional overnight visitor must be approved in advance during the booking process and is subject to extra fees, as indicated in the price.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE

-Report any damage and breakage to the property manager promptly. Failure to comply with this directive may lead to penalties deducted from the security deposit. To avoid damage and breakage, furniture should not be moved between rooms without prior consent.

COMPLIANCE

-The owner/manager may terminate the stay and evict guests/visitors for non-compliance or for disturbing neighbors/residents.
