About this property
Beautiful 4 season cottage located by the Ste-Rose Lake in Mandeville (Lanaudière) or 1h30 from Montreal. The large lake is clean for swimming. On the premises, you can enjoy a private beach. The lake is located between mountains, allowing you to appreciate at the same time the wonderful landscape or the water and green mountains (very colorful in fall season).
No matter the place where you are, you have a beautiful view of the lake. A large 3 season veranda with large windows allows you to enjoy the outdoors fully sheltered from insects, rain or cool nights.
The cottage includes four bedrooms, complete bathroom, kitchen fully equipped, a stone fireplace for cold winter days. The large veranda has a patio table and chairs. Outside you will find a BBQ, floating dock with ladder, canoe, kayaks, pedal boat and a fire pit .
High speed internet available through paid hotspot ($).
Near the cottage you will find mountain trails ideal for mountain biking, hiking, ATV and snowmobile. There are plenty of activities to do in the area no matter the season, everyone will enjoy! : Bicycle touring or mountain hiking, biking, snowmobiling, outfitting, Mastigouche wildlife reserve, fishing, golf, skiing, hunting & fishing, Natur’Eau SPA etc.

- FIXED RENTAL PERIODS DURING HIGH SEASON -
During the high season in summer and winter, rentals periods are for fixed periods. Here are the possibilities:
- 5 days / 4 nights during week: Monday am to Friday pm
- 3 days / 2 nights on weekends: Friday pm to Sunday pm
- 7 days / 6 nights full week: Monday am to Sunday pm
- 8 days / 7 nights full week: Sunday pm to Friday pm
We could accept shorter stays in last minutes request. Feel free to ask us.
- PET FRIENDLY -
We accept that you can travel with your dog or cat during your visit with us.
We ask that they do not go up on couches or beds. We want to prevent potential subsequent tenants with allergies from having allergic reactions. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask you to keep the animal has on property grounds (and keep it on a leash if necessary). Obviously, we ask you to pick up the feces as you go and you are responsible for damages caused by the animal during your stay.
Fee: $ 25 per pet will be added when you rent cost.
