Golden Nest On The Lake With Spa

The loft has a large bedroom with a queen bed, a second room with a window where there is a sofa bed (double) and a full bathroom with shower. A third sofa bed is available in the living room thanks to the modular installed.

The living room and kitchen are open concept with cathedral ceilings. Its beamed ceilings offer a rustic and modern decoration while providing a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Three huge windows provide great light and offer a view of the beauty of Lake St-Pierre.

The loft easily accommodates 4-5 people. On request, a high chair and a playpen can be provided. The kitchen is equipped with two induction cooktops, a small cooking oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge to facilitate the preparation of meals. A BBQ and picnic table is also available close the stairs during the summer period. A heat pump with air conditioning makes the loft comfortable all year round.

The loft is located on the 2nd floor of the garage wich is separate from the main house. The owners live in the main house.

On the field, you will have access to a beautiful living area (12X30 feet)) with a spa, a patio set, gas fireplace and two garden chairs to make you comfortable. Two kayaks, two paddles boards and safety vests will also be at your disposal as well as access on the water's edge.

You will enjoy a calm environment for a vacation that you will remember for a long time.

Pets are not accepted.

During your stay, you will have access to the loft by a private access (above the independent garage), to the land of the property with a space specially designed for you, at the edge of the water to go kayaking or boarding paddling in the summer.

Swimming is more difficult (but possible) due to the soft bottom on the edge of the lake. In winter, the lake is accessible on foot for taking a walk, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing or for ski doo. Accessories (snowshoes, ski and ski doo are not provided in the rental).

Before and during your stay, we will be available to respond quickly to your questions and requests in order to ensure a quality stay that meets your expectations.

The spa is available betwwen 10h00 AM and 22h00. No beverages or food are tolerated in the spa.

Bring your beach towels if you want to use the hot tub, waterfront and to swim. Bedding and towels in the loft for interior use only.Parking is available.

Le Nid Doré on the Lake is truly a wonderful place to enjoy nature in a relaxing atmosphere.

30-40 minutes from the Golden Nest on the lake, you will find golf courses, water slides at Mont Cascades, zip lines and cave in Abraska Laflèche, the Eco-Odyssey adventure to take you on a pedal boat, riding, the village of Wakefield and of course Gatineau Park with its many trails and activities in addition to the attractions offered by the cities of Gatineau / Ottawa.

In winter, three ski centers are also very close: Mont Cascades, Edelweiss and Vorlage. You can also go snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling from Nid Doré on the lake.
