On the approximately 60,000 sq. ft. carefully landscaped lot, several spaces offer as many places to enhance your stay: gazebo, outdoor fireplace, hammock, greenhouse and children's corner with trampoline, climbing structure, swing and mini treehouse. In winter, possibility of drawing a slide from the roof and plenty of space to create forts and igloos.

Come unhook and disconnect, in every sense of the word!

Our property is located in a charming village of Chaudières-Appalaches, 1h15 from the bridges of Quebec. Easily accessible, with beautiful scenery along the way, it is located on a quiet country row. Access to the house is plowed in winter.

In addition to activities and rest on site, the immediate surroundings are ideal for walking, mountain biking or cycling, swimming and river fishing. 4 km away, the village also offers several interesting activities for everyone: hiking in the forest, gazebo with a panoramic view, fitness trail, playground and water games, etc.

All the surroundings offer an experience in the heart of nature and in peace.

Here, in the beautiful and mountainous region of Chaudière Appalaches, you can practice your favorite hobbies away from the crowds but with your dog! These are accepted on site and in nearby regional parks.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES:

• Walking and hiking, biking (cycling and single track), canoeing, fishing, swimming in the river, spa: from the chalet or a short distance away, there is no shortage of activities and we will be happy to tell you about them!

• The Massif du Sud and Appalaches regional parks also offer various activities and events (mycology, geocaching, etc.). And a pleasant garden of medicinal and edible plants awaits you on the heights of the village.

• On site, take advantage of the surrounding nature to relax. Hammock, land, outdoor fireplace and gazebo are there for your enjoyment.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES

• The row lends itself well to a walk in the countryside, on foot or by bike. In the village, a fitness trail (free access) combines with a pleasant walk in the forest, not far from the playground and water games.

• At the Massif du sud, other activities will delight young and old alike (long obstacle course, swimming in the river, etc.).

• And in Lac-Etchemin, the EcoParc's games and water slides are perfect for a day in the water.

WINTER ACTIVITIES

The region is renowned for its exceptional snow conditions with one of the best snow conditions in Quebec!

• Massif du sud ski resort: downhill skiing, snowboarding and 2 snow parks with more than 20 modules.

• Massif du Sud regional park: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fatbike, ski touring / ski hok, special activities, etc.

• Parc régional des Appalaches: 70 km of snowshoe trails, dog sledding, snow scooter (with or without your dog), fatbike.

• Mont Original ski resort: very family-friendly for downhill skiing and tubing, also on-site snowshoe trails and cross-country skiing.

• Snowmobile: on our row (a dead end road of 8/10 km) and dedicated trails # 55 a few kilometers away.

• Daaquam outfitter (snowmobile, winter quad, dog sledding)

• Ice fishing

WINTER ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES

Parents will appreciate being able to let the children play outside in peace. Something to create memorable family memories!

• On site: sliding, walking in the forest, building igloos, outdoor fire, looking for animal tracks, rest!

• In the village (4 km): hebertism trail in the forest (free access), large slide with view of the mountains, skating rink with recreation chalet and equipment loan, trails in the forest, playground.

• 20 minutes away, station and parks offer a host of activities (see above)
