In a Few Words
This chalet, located on the shores of the small Lake Bastien (approximately 750 meters long) in a peaceful neighborhood in the Lanaudière region, is perfectly suited for remote work thanks to its fast and reliable Bell FIBE Internet connection. Fully equipped and benefiting from an open space, it offers a magnificent view of the lake and a multitude of outdoor activities such as swimming, kayaking, pedal boating, paddleboarding, as well as perch and sunfish fishing. The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Don't forget to bring your firewood and marshmallows for enjoyable family evenings. For security reasons, we have installed two cameras: one at the main entrance and another monitoring the parking area and the shed door. No other cameras are present on the property.
About this property
The location of this chalet is right on the edge of a lake, so it's possible that from time to time, you'll hear music. Sound travels quite a bit over lakes. You'll be able to rest in peace while your children enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature! The lake is very calm, with no boats passing by—only paddleboards, pedal boats, and kayaks.
Home access
The chalet is available in its entirety except for a small mechanical room in the basement. The large shed is also at your disposal to store everything you want during your stay.
