About this property
Superb urban style chalet, new construction, located 1h15 from Montreal, directly on the edge of magnificent Lac Grenier. Very peaceful location on a wooded plot of 55,000 ft² and benefiting from 165 linear feet on the edge of the lake, with no neighbors and benefiting from a south-facing facade optimizing sunshine throughout the day.
This chalet is built on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 14 people very comfortably.
On the garden level, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which have queen beds, each with high-end mattresses, the third bedroom has single and double bunk beds also with high-end mattresses. These 3 bedrooms have huge windows giving a breathtaking view of the water and nature. On this level, you will find a luxurious bathroom with two vanities and a large glass shower, all in a contemporary style.
The ground floor level offers you a dining room served by a table made by a cabinetmaker that can accommodate 14 people, a living room decorated with comfortable furniture and offering a splendid view of a wooden and ceramic fireplace mantle on which A 60-inch flat-screen television is hung. The very functional kitchen is fully equipped like yours; for coffee lovers, we provide you with a Keurig (cups) and a filter coffee maker; it was specially designed to be able to cook in groups. It offers a lunch counter with an area of 3' x 10' that can accommodate easily several guests. All appliances are high-end and made of stainless steel.
Upstairs, you will find two very large master bedrooms with queen bed and high-end mattresses, breathtaking views of the lake and mountains through huge windows. On this level, a very large bathroom is at your disposal, it is equipped with two vanities and a glass shower; the bathroom will also give you a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains, all in a contemporary decor.
The exterior layout offers you a large balcony (25'x 25') which overlooks the lake. There you will find a dining area with shelter which will offer a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains as well as a section in the sun for tanners.
At the garden level, you can benefit from a very large therapeutic SPA that can accommodate 8 people and which will certainly contribute to your relaxation.
