Nous avons mis beaucoup d’amour et d’effort dans notre chalet. SVP soyez respectueux des lieux. Nous en sommes très fiers.

  • Aucun invité non enregistré n'est autorisé sur la propriété et sur le terrain à tout moment. Il y a des frais de 200 $ par nuit pour chaque invité supplémentaire si ce n'est pas respecté
  • Aucun bruit pouvant être audible au-delà des limites du terrain ne sera toléré. Merci de noter que le lac est très écho et de respecter le voisinage. Toutes plaintes de la part des voisins susciteront l’annulation immédiate sans remboursement.
  • Couvre-feu à 22h (aucun bruit extérieur après cette heure).
  • Aucun feu n’est permis à l’extérieur du foyer.
  • Aucun feux d’artifice permis.
  • Animaux interdits sur place.
  • Seul le paddle board fourni par les propriétaires est accepté sur le lac. Si vous souhaitez utiliser votre embarcation personnelle, celle-ci doit avoir été préalablement lavée au garage municipal. Cette règle permet de préserver la qualité du lac.
  • Les bouteilles de vitre sont interdites au bord du lac et dans le spa.
  • Le passage sur les terrains privés aux alentours est interdit et le respect de la vitesse est primordial dans le domaine.
  • Aucune boisson et nourriture n’est permise dans le spa. Des règles spécifiques sur l’utilisation du spa sont incluses dans le guide des invités.
  • Le signataire du contrat de location doit avoir au minimum 25 ans.
