After each stay, our team inspects the chalet to check the general condition and report any potential damage. If a problem is found, Chalets Confort and the owner will be notified. The guest must report any damage caused during their stay and is fully responsible for it, including any potential claims. They must also follow the house rules and avoid making noise to maintain the peace and quiet for neighbors.


The chalet is non-smoking, and waste must be disposed of in the designated areas. The number of guests indicated in the reservation must be respected, along with the maximum capacity of the chalet. Other house rules may be posted inside the chalet; please make sure to read them. Failure to follow the rules may result in additional fees, and possibly expulsion.
