4-bdrm Cottage Lac Sept-Îles (St-Raymond, Portneuf)

You'll be charmed by the chalet's bright, relaxed atmosphere. It's ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, couples, families and friends. The area boasts a wide range of outdoor activities, as well as the conveniences of the town of St-Raymond, just a 10-minute drive away. You're also 40 minutes from Quebec City.

The large entrance with walk-in closet is ideal for storing your gear. The modern kitchen is complete with granite countertops, island and appliances. The dining room features a patio door leading to the huge patio and BBQ. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed bunkered with a single bed and another single bed, which could accommodate up to 4 children.

The ground-floor bathroom with ceramic shower, heated floor and washer/dryer provides all the comfort travelers need. The 2nd bathroom is on the garden level, in addition to the family room with futon, TV, xbox 360 console and foosball table. Child-friendly cottage: booster chair, safety gate, monitor, dishes, floor-level bed and specially designed mezzanine.

3 to 5 parking spaces are available.

In winter, it is strongly recommended to have a 4-wheel drive to climb the slope. Otherwise, you can park down the street, which is private.

The hosts are available for chalet guests before and during their stay.

Small boats can be launched at the yacht club. Boats are not supplied. Motorboat launch available for rentals of 7 days or more.
