On the ground floor (upper floor) you will find:

- the main living room with central fireplace, television and DVD player

- the master bedroom with baby playpen, a protective barrier for stairs

- the very well equipped kitchen with pantry, to allow you to prepare delicious meals and share good times

- 1 bathroom

- 1 flashlight and other games

Outside, you will enjoy an outdoor wood fireplace, hammock and a spa for moments of ultimate relaxation in total privacy. Also, you will find on the patio a barbecue, dining area and outdoor furniture.

Very Quiet Neighborhood. Abundant Nature and a Beautiful Navigable Lake (Lake Beaulac) 5 minutes away where you can do water activities.

Located about 1 hour from Montreal. Many outdoor events all year round: snowmobiling in winter, canoeing in summer, ice fishing, etc.

You can do water activities at the Rawdon municipal beach which is 18 minutes from the chalet ( [Blocked by WeChalet]).

The chalet is 10 minutes from the Montcalm ski resort and close to many other activities: ski resorts (alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.), Arbraska, Spa La Source, numerous hikes. In summer, you can do water activities at the Rawdon municipal beach. In the surrounding area, there are also hiking trails, golf, a water park, a zoo and more. Also, the chalet is 10 minutes from the friendship trail, and next door there is a municipal skating rink and slide with free tripe in winter.

Do not block the neighbors' parking entrance. Indoor and on-road parking available and free.

The path to the lake is a small adventure in itself! The trail, a little rough in places, offers a beautiful immersion in nature with a few uneven sections and a bit of mud here and there. Nothing insurmountable, but it's best to have good hiking shoes to fully enjoy the journey. Prepare yourself for a wonderful getaway with or without kayaks!
