Looking for absolute relaxation and lasting memories? Look no further! The residence is located in one of Quebec's most beautiful villages. The St. Lawrence River is accessible from various public access points. Sandy beach; fishing at the end of the pier; sailing; kayaking; dinner in front of the river watching the sunset and dessert at the Crémerie. Entertainment at Théâtre Beaumont-St-Michel.
Spa, pool, outdoor fireplace, you can even pick your own fresh eggs every day in summer.
60s [Blocked by WeChalet] with split entrance, hence the name La Rétro!
The huge courtyard lets you let the kids play and you relax. A 21-foot pool will delight the little ones, and the spa the grown-ups. And don't forget the chickens, which you can admire all summer long!
The pool is not heated, but with the sun and the canvas, the temperature is often 81 degrees.
The first floor has just been renovated. It includes: Small living room with Wi-Fi-connected TV, table seating up to 6 comfortably. Kitchen with island and benches, full bathroom.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a door to be closed.
1 bedroom with Queen bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (2 single beds+1 foam mattress on the floor) and 1 bedroom (under renovation) with portable double bed in the basement (You must advise if you need it).
An office with ergonomic work chair, work table for standing or sitting, and a large, comfortable armchair. All nicely decorated.
The basement is under renovation, but we leave you the option of using the washer-dryer (laundry soap and fabric softener included, depending on the needs of your stay).
Air field hockey and foosball tables are located in the adjacent garage in summer and in the basement in winter.
Passing through the adjacent garage, you can access the flower-filled grounds. BBQ, screened gazebo, plenty of seating, pool, deckchairs, fire pit when SopFeu permits. As soon as you cross the threshold of the patio door, you'll feel like you're on vacation, and you'll be able to get away from it all.
The entire first floor and part of the basement (although it's being renovated for access to the washer-dryer).
The garage is adjacent to the house, so you can park in the winter, or use the living room in the summer.
The locked doors in the rooms are not accessible because our personal belongings are in there.
In the kitchen: spices can be used free of charge.
Any other food or beverages in the cupboards or drawers are not included in your rental. I agree to accommodate you if you need it, if there is compensation. Such as buying back the item and putting it back in place or on the counter.
Thank you!
If you'd like to meet me, I'd be delighted to do so, just mention it when we talk. Usually, by the time you arrive at 5 p.m., I'll have already left the premises. I'm always available to answer any questions you may have, and I respond quite quickly. In case of emergency, don't hesitate to [Blocked by WeChalet] at the number under my profile or give me a call.
Dogs are welcome. Maximum 2 medium-sized dogs. Must be in their crate in your absence. Dogs must relieve themselves at the back of the yard, near the wooded area. I want to avoid unpleasant odors for my family and other travelers.
St-Michel-de-Bellechasse is one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec. People come here to picnic, take a boat out on the water (at the marina for $), kitesurf or kayak, play on the marina's little beach, eat ice cream, pick strawberries and raspberries, enjoy a meal at the Quai resto pub and see a play at the Théâtre Beaumont-St-Michel. And what about the sunsets? Everyone loves St-Michel!
On the west side:
We're 15 minutes from the city of Lévis and 25 minutes from the bridges to Quebec City by car.
In Lévis, the Quai Paquet is lively in summer and winter. Water jets in summer, foodtruck and various activities, in winter the longest refrigerated skating rink in Quebec, all with a view of the river and the fortified city of Quebec.
You can take the ferry from Lévis to Quebec City for the best view of the Château Frontenac. Once you arrive on the north shore, you'll be in the Petit Champlain district, and from there Old Quebec will reveal all its assets.
East side:
Road trip along the 132 to St-Jean-Port-Jolie. Excellent food, beer and marina. Small boutiques
If you're not in a hurry and like to take your time, this road trip is a must!
Pointe de St-Vallier and the St-Vallier rest area, a great place to visit. In autumn and spring, you'll see thousands of migrating snow geese. St-Vallier is home to the famous Corriveau.
Berthier-sur-Mer and Lachance cruises to visit Grosse-Île. Grosse Île, nicknamed Île de la quarantaine, served as a quarantine station for the port of Quebec from 1832 to 1937. Follow in the footsteps of the tens of thousands of immigrants who landed on the island.
Montmagny and its White Goose Festival or the world-famous Accordion Festival. You can cross over to Île au Grue free of charge at the river station. Please note, however, that you can't make the round trip at any time, so check the timetable.
L'Islet and the Musée Maritime du Québec! Wow!
St-Jean-Port-Jolie is a beauty in itself. The marina, the little boutiques, the beer at Ras-le-bock, etc!
A car is required to stay in the region. However, you can take public transport once you've parked in Lévis.
A cab from downtown Lévis to St-Michel costs around $80. Not ideal.
